The face of transportation in Nottingham is changing with the introduction of Line One of Nottingham Express Transit’s 21st Century tram system. TRAM FACTS • Running every 6 minutes at peak times. • It is anticipated that 10 million passengers will use the tram every year. • Each tram will comfortably carry 200 passengers at a time. • Line One will run through the heart of the City, travelling from Station Street to Hucknall Station via the Lace Market & Old Market Square & six Park & Ride sites. • Link buses will transfer passengers to and from Bulwell & NET.
